Hourly Rates: $16.00 – $18.75 (based on experience)
Weekend Differential: +$3/hour
Short Shift Differential: +$5/hour

As a Private Duty Nursing Assistant, you’ll work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes, allowing you to slow down, build relationships, and provide the kind of care that feels good at the end of the day.

Qualifications

Flexible Schedules That Fit Your Life

We offer a variety of shifts so you can choose what works best for you:

3‑hour shifts
8‑hour shifts
12‑hour shifts

Whether you’re looking for part‑time, full‑time, or supplemental hours, we schedule to meet both client needs and caregiver availability.

Nursing Assistant Requirements

Active CNA or GNA license in the state of Maryland
CPR Certification

Transportation Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation available during your shift
Valid auto insurance
