COCC is seeking a Conversion Representative to support financial institution conversions to the COCC INSIGHT platform, serving as a trusted application and process expert throughout the transition. This role works closely with banking systems, databases, vendor interfaces, and client data to ensure accurate, successful conversions.

You’ll support a mission‑driven product suite that enables financial institutions to operate efficiently and securely, while collaborating with a knowledgeable, service‑oriented conversion team. What you’ll do…

  • Serve as primary or secondary support for client conversions under the supervision of the Conversion Supervisor
  • Act as a liaison between COCC and clients throughout the conversion lifecycle
  • Coordinate and manage conversion action items to ensure timely and accurate transitions
  • Analyze client systems and product usage to support migration to the COCC INSIGHT system
  • Interview clients to understand existing processes, functionality, and requirements
  • Coordinate and implement third‑party vendor interfaces
  • Support the selection, setup, and modification of forms packages
  • Test conversion‑related data, transactions, products, and reports
  • Establish database settings, including system options, branch operations, and product configurations
  • Complete batch setup requirements using standardized conversion templates
  • Collaborate with Conversion Analysts on data specification requirements and documentation
  • Translate technical concepts into user‑friendly explanations for client training
  • Document all client communications, data decisions, validations, and procedural changes
  • Track and report conversion gaps and ensure audit documentation is completed
  • Participate in internal and external training to expand product, system, and banking knowledge
  • Assist senior conversion representatives and contribute to continuous process improvement

 

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of two years of banking experience in a back‑office or operations environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging client interactions professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze information and provide clear conclusions and recommendationsFamiliarity with data specification requirements and database‑driven systems
  • Experience translating technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly language
  • Knowledge of financial services applications and database query toolsIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfort handling confidential customer information (NPCI)
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with some weekend, off‑hours, and extended‑hour requirementsWillingness to travel to client locations as needed

Salary range for this role is $61,193-$82,804 per year
