Southington Care Center (SCC) is a 130-bed skilled nursing center that specializes in rehabilitation services and long-term care for our local community members.  SCC is a great place to utilize your assessment skills to improve outcomes and is led by an experienced and stable management team.  Come tour our facility to see our exceptional work environment first-hand.
