WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

We offer full-time and part-time schedules. Hours are:

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5:30 PM
Saturdays, 8 AM–1 PM
Weekend opportunities

In this customer service position, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is smooth and memorable. You'll greet customers, assist with vehicle rentals, and complete contracts with precision and care. From maintaining inventory and prepping vehicles to answering phones and offering solutions, you'll play a vital role in keeping our auto repair operations running seamlessly while creating a positive experience for every customer.
