Food & Beverage Bartender

We are seeking customer service-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment to join our team as Bartenders. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality guest experience through professional beverage service, friendly interactions, and maintaining a clean, welcoming bar environment.

Bartenders will work closely with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during high-volume events and daily operations. TIPS certification may be required, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Greet guests promptly and create a positive, welcoming bar experience
• Engage with guests, make drink recommendations, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and sanitizing equipment
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and company policies
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift reporting
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar service for daily operations and special events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience preferred; knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails is a plus
• TIPS certification may be required 
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Must be available nights and weekends; schedules are based on events and operational needs
