Job DetailsJob Location: 396 MOUNT VERNON RD - PLANTSVILLE, CT 06479We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to support daily bar operations and help guide the bar team during service and events. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences while helping maintain strong team standards. Key Responsibilities Include: Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations behind the bar Order and manage bar inventory with guidance from the Food & Beverage Director Train bartenders and bar staff on policies, procedures, and service standards established by leadership Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar workspace Ensure bar supplies, garnishes, and products are properly stocked and organized for service Lead and support the Front-of-House team during events such as weddings, private parties, and other functions Provide hands-on bartending service during regular operations and private events Qualifications Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, including experience in private event or banquet settings Strong knowledge of customer service and bar operations TIPS certification required (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire) Ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Must be available nights and weekends; schedules are based on events and operational needs
