ENVE is actively seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to help the entire ENVE team raise the bar. Success in this position will be achieved through a strong commitment to collaboration, effective communication, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results that reflect ENVE’s standards of excellence.


Located in Ogden, Utah, ENVE Composites is a manufacturer of handmade carbon fiber bicycle rims, components, and bikes. Established in 2007, and born from a desire for a better ride, ENVE strives to deliver consumers high-end cycling products without compromise. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Drive continuous improvement as both a leader and team member.
  • Collaborate with production employees to implement process enhancements. 
  • Establish and execute annual tactical plans.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Drive process and fixture improvements.
  • Champion a culture of safety by leading root cause analyses of safety incidents.
  • Address complex technical issues using structured problem-solving framework. 

Required experience:

  • Level I – bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Practical manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. 
  • Level      II - bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. 3+ years manufacturing experience and 1+ year experience in      composites.
