We are looking for a driven and deeply connected Specialty Sales Manager to join the Represent US team. You'll be embedded in the premium streetwear and active apparel community, owning your territory end to end and building the kind of genuine, lasting relationships that move the business forward.

This is a role for someone who is collaborative by nature, highly organised, and comfortable working independently across multiple regions. You'll bring strong commercial instincts, a hands-on approach, and a genuine passion for the Represent brand and where it sits in the market. If you make things happen and take full ownership of everything in your remit.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow Represent/247’s national specialty account base across premium fashion boutiques and active specialty stores.

• Own and maintain active relationships with key specialty doors — including Feature, The Webster, Social Status, Kith, and accounts of the same cultural and commercial calibre across the US.

• Achieve growth and hit revenue targets in-line with agreed strategic plans for the specialty channel.

• Lead seasonal sell-in appointments and present new collections to boutique buyers with brand authority and product knowledge.

• Monitor weekly sell-through data across specialty accounts, identify growth opportunities, and devise strategies tailored to each door’s customer and market position.

• Identify new doors aligned to Represent’s brand positioning and build the case for strategic account additions each season.

• Present sales performance and territory forecasts to the US Regional Head of Salesand management team on a regular basis.

• Identify emerging market shifts and cultural movements while staying fully aware of new products, trends, and competitive activity in the specialty space.

• Work closely cross-functionally with HQ to ensure product is delivered in line with planned launches, drops, and activations.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven ability to drive the specialty wholesale sales process from plan to close.

  • Active buyer-level relationships at leading US specialty boutiques and sneaker retailers including Feature, The Webster, Social Status, and Kith.

  • Strong business sense and genuine expertise in the premium streetwear and sneaker retail landscape.

  • Analytical and data-driven, you track sell-through, know your numbers, and use data to grow your accounts.

  • Experience across both fashion boutique and active specialty channels.

  • Outstanding attention to detail across order management, account communication, and seasonal planning.

  • 5–8 years of wholesale sales experience in premium streetwear, sneakers, or contemporary fashion.

You might have

  • Familiarity with sell-in tools, order management systems, and retail sell-through reporting.

  • Knowledge and passion for responsible and sustainable business practices.
