Job DetailsJob Location: Falcon Building - West Jordan, UT 84081Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 HourlyThis position is responsible for the set up and assembly of our Falcon Shocks. This will require following detailed instructions and inspection processes. This is an assembly line position and requires individuals to work well with others (Team Atmosphere). Great pay and benefits!QualificationsRequired skills, certifications, qualifications, etc : High School Diploma or GED preferred On the job training Key Competencies Coordination and control Time management Attention to detail Communication skills Teamwork Ability to do repetitive work Key responsibilities, duties, functions: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, part prints, process documentation, and work center guidelines. Follow drawings, manuals, specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that is cohesive with co-workers and management. Perform other related duties as assigned by manager. Ability to meet production requirements as specified by management. Position will require overtime, weekends and holidays, as needed. Basic math and computer skills. Properly and accurately clock in and out of work orders. Any other responsibilities and duties as needed to meet company objectives Physical Demands: Ability to continuously stand or walk. Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Able to manipulate small hand tools Ability to handle repetitive motions. Work Environment: Requires standing for long periods. Repetitive motions Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud. Positive Team Atmosphere.
