Lead Generation Specialist (Full-Time)
Orange Electric | Weber, Davis, or Utah County, UT
Orange Electric is a growing commercial and industrial electrical contractor seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our customer base and create new business opportunities. This role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, lead qualification, and supporting the company's sales growth throughout Utah.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, research, and engage prospective commercial and industrial customers.
- Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Present Orange Electric's services professionally and effectively.
- Develop outreach strategies that connect with key decision-makers.
Lead Qualification & Sales Support
- Work with estimators to evaluate and qualify project opportunities.
- Gather project details needed for accurate estimates and proposals.
- Ensure leads align with company goals before advancing them through the sales process.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Conduct consistent follow-up activities.
- Guide prospects from initial contact to qualified opportunities.
- Develop long-term partnerships that support company growth.
Market Research & Pipeline Management
- Stay informed on industry trends, construction activity, and market opportunities.
- Track outreach efforts, lead status, and customer interactions in company systems.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular pipeline updates.
Qualifications
Required
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or outbound prospecting.
Skills & Attributes
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with business owners, facility managers, contractors, and other decision-makers.
