This role is responsible for safe, efficient, and professional ramp operations, including fueling, aircraft towing and positioning, team leadership, equipment readiness, facility appearance, and customer service execution. Job Responsibilities: Line Operations & Ramp Safety Lead all line service operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant ramp activity at all times Manage, handle, and dispense aviation fuels while maintaining strict quality control standards Complete all required fueling documentation and applicable paperwork Tow and position jet and piston aircraft; move aircraft in and out of hangars as needed Perform and oversee ground support activities, including marshaling, baggage handling, and ramp readiness Ensure compliance with ramp safety procedures, fueling standards, and operational best practices Equipment, Fuel Trucks & Ramp Readiness Operate and oversee the daily operational readiness of fuel trucks and ground support equipment; coordinate maintenance needs with Facilities & Maintenance. Ensure line staff adhere to fueling procedures and escalate compliance concerns as needed Ensure equipment meets ATA 103 standards, environmental requirements, and local regulations Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs to minimize downtime Maintain ramp readiness to support daily operations and peak traffic periods Customer Service & Front Desk Coordination Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, urgency, and accountability Operate the fuel desk phone and facilitate fuel orders, rental vehicle bookings, and customer support requests Resolve customer service issues quickly and effectively to protect relationships and SkyShare’s reputation Coordinate closely with CSRs and flight crews to ensure seamless service execution Leadership, Staffing & Training Train line service personnel and support ongoing coaching and development Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent safety and service standards Set expectations for performance, safety, and professionalism on the ramp Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs for daily operations and peak demand periods Lead by example, reinforcing accountability, teamwork, and a safety-first culture Facility Appearance & Operational Support Ensure operational cleanliness and readiness of ramp areas, hangar spaces, and immediate operational surroundings; escalate facility issues to Facilities & Maintenance.
