Service Plumbing Technician

Valley Plumbing, a locally owned company, proudly serves Salt Lake, Utah, and Davis counties, as well as Park City and Tooele. We provide expert residential and commercial plumbing services, offering long-term solutions to enhance homes and businesses. We seek a high-performing, sales-driven plumbing professional for a full-time role. Based in West Jordan, this position requires experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems, including fixture installations, repairs, and re-routes. What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Present and offer multiple solution-based options to customers, helping them choose the best services for their needs.
• Install and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Educate customers on preventative maintenance and premium plumbing solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed using our CRM system (ServiceTitan).

• Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to offer premium solutions to customers.
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment efficiently.
• A customer-focused mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred.
