Schedule: Mon - Thurs 4:15pm - 6:15pm | Fri 1:00pm - 6:00pm
Location: In-person – West Jordan, Utah
Pay: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients in home and community settings to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record accurate session data

  • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement

  • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

  • Current RBT Certification (required)

  • Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days)

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required)

  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

  • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)

  • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)

  • Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25–40 lbs, and engaging in active play
