Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Family Medicine West Lafayette, in West Lafayette, Indiana.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have past or present family medicine experience, strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Average outpatient volume: 18 - 20 patients per day
• Will treat patients of all ages
• Telehealth offered
• Established and busy practice
• Strong mentorship from physicians in the practice
