As a Service Operations Manager, you will oversee front‑end and service operations, ensure strong execution of company service programs, and lead teams that deliver a fast, friendly, and compliant shopping experience. Main responsibilities:Â

Leads all front-end and customer service teams, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate serviceÂ

Coach and develop associates on service standards, courtesy programs, and service recoveryÂ
-
Oversee daily front‑end operations including check stands, self‑checkout (SCO), service desk, and checkout processesÂ
-
Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policiesÂ
-
Monitor scheduling, breaks, staffing levels, and queue management to align labor with business needsÂ
-
Oversee cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliationÂ
-
Ensure front‑end readiness for audits, compliance requirements, and company programsÂ
-
Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop service associates, supervisors, and front‑end staffÂ
-
Support shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and proper handling of restricted itemsÂ
-
Complete required reports and maintain strong communication with management teamsÂ
