Unit Description
Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook. Our new hotel features 300 luxurious rooms and suites. Southland is located in West Memphis, Arkansas, only a short drive from downtown Memphis, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Manage the working schedule, training, and task assignment of team members, supervising quality and performance Â
- Oversee and perform repair and preventative maintanace of slot machines and online systems, and collaborate with Bench Technicians to optimize repair processes
- Handle initial setup, checkout, configuration, and paperwork of new gaming devices
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and promote positive guest relations
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and internal gaming regulations, policies, and proceedures
- Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must meet all licensing requirements for gaming operations
- Strong knowledge of slot machine electronics, mechanisms, and systems
- Skills in gaming device diagnostics and troubleshooting, training, organization, reporting, analyzing, customer service, and communication
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
- Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
- No college degree required

- Frequent reaching, grabbing, and bending
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
