Therapeutic Focus is a therapist-led pediatric therapy company established in 2011. We provide outpatient and school-based pediatric therapy services throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

What You'll Do
Under the supervision and direction of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
- Provide speech and language services according to established student goals and plans
- Implement therapy activities and strategies as directed by the supervising SLP
- Work individually and in small groups with students, as appropriate
- Collect data and accurately document student performance and services
- Communicate student progress, observations, and concerns to your supervising SLP
- Prepare creative and engaging therapy activities
- Collaborate with your supervising SLP and appropriate members of the school team
- Participate in supervision, mentorship, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a field of study that meets requirements for Speech-Language Pathology Assistant practice
- Completion of required SLPA coursework and supervised clinical fieldwork
- Meets applicable Arkansas requirements to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, technology, and electronic documentation
- Pediatric or school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
