What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in school-based and outpatient settings
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Address mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, and functional participation
- Develop and support educationally relevant goals for students
- Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings when appropriate
- Collaborate with families, educators, physicians, OTs, SLPs, and other professionals
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Tennessee and Arkansas Physical Therapist licenses, or willingness to obtain licensure in both states
- Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
- Ability to commute to Therapeutic Focus (West Memphis, Arkansas) one to two days a week.
Schedule & Setting
Part-Time | Monday–Friday
Flexible scheduling based on therapist availability, caseload, school schedules, and clinic needs.
This position includes a combination of school-based and outpatient pediatric therapy, including a PreK–12 school population and is a hybrid position (in person and virtual).
Great therapy starts with supported therapists.
