Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process all job postings on internal and external career sites
- Conduct phone screeningsÂ
- Conduct and manage the pre-employment screenings for candidates
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
- Utilize technology to increase talent pool and build employment brand
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Successful candidates will have:
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and writing skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office productsÂ
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Desire to experience and learn all areas of the tire/automotive service businessÂ
- This job will also require successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening
