Dispatcher – Full-Time | Pittsburgh, PA

Valentis Group Inc. is hiring a full-time Dispatcher to join our Security team in Pittsburgh, PA.  Schedule will be three evening shifts (7p-3a) and two day shifts (11a-7p)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras and alarms
• Dispatch security personnel to various locations
• Communicate with clients and officers via phone and radio
• Maintain activity logs and records
• Support admin tasks and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Security dispatch experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
