J&A Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is a trusted provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services throughout Western Pennsylvania. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment, including forced air systems, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related components
Perform thorough preventative maintenance services and seasonal tune-ups to maximize system performance, efficiency, and reliability
Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners regarding system issues, repair recommendations, and available solutions
Recommend system upgrades, replacements, accessories, and additional services when appropriate to improve comfort, efficiency, and overall system performance
Identify opportunities to upsell services and system enhancements while building trust and long-term customer relationships
Assist with or perform HVAC system installations as needed
Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally
Track HVAC repairs, maintenance, and completed work within ServiceTitan
Maintain compliance with company standards and applicable safety regulations
Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and rapport with homeowners
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
EPA Certification required (EPA 608 Universal preferred)
NATE Certification is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and proven diagnostic and repair abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport with homeowners
Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record

Pay: $70,000 - $120,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)
