Your Role, Your Impact

  • Lead safety and reliability analyses to ensure scalable rail solutions across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety standards and reliability best practices.
  • Develop and implement rigorous testing protocols to maximize system reliability and minimize operational risks.
  • Champion innovative approaches to safety engineering, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safety, reliability, or quality engineering within transportation or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in safety analysis tools (FTA, FMEA), reliability modeling, and industry standards (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129).
  • Strong understanding of risk management, system integration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; ability to lead small teams and drive results.
