Your Role, Your Impact
- Lead scalable process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency and support growth.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Ensure reliability and compliance in manufacturing operations through robust systems.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Extensive manufacturing engineering experience (ideally minimum 8-10 years), including proven leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up.
- Working knowledge of Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory standards, and operational excellence.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to inspire high-performing teams.
