Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Physical Therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans
  • Lead patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, and balance programs
  • Document progress accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinical space
  • Support the team in delivering an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Current Pennsylvania PTA license (or eligible to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
