SUMMARY

The Sales Rep is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across Dalbo Holdings’ core service lines: Water Transfer, Water Treatment, and Tank Rentals. This role focuses on ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and executed internally, maintaining high service quality, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact between customers and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Relations & Field Sales
  • Build and grow accounts that generate >$500,000 per quarter.
  • Maintain high-level customer relations across Water Transfer, Water Treatment, and Tank Rental services
  • Develop a working understanding of customer operations and service requirements
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations teams
  • Perform quality checks after jobs are set and during active operations
  • Coordinate job start and end communication with finance and operations teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Communicate customer needs, risks, and opportunities to management and executives
  • Strategic Account Management
  • Forecast, develop, and track strategic account metrics
  • Lead solution development efforts specific to water transfer, treatment, and tank rental services
  • Achieve assigned account objectives and revenue targets
  • Develop and deliver quotes for new jobs and expanded services
  • Manage service quality concerns and customer communication in coordination with the Regional Vice President
  • Reporting & Support
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts
  • Review tickets, ticket submissions, and monitor accounts receivable for assigned accounts
  • Support sales and operations teams as needed
  • Maintain full ownership and accountability for assigned accounts
  • Prospecting
  • Prospect new opportunities without impacting focus on assigned strategic accounts

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Direct experience in oilfield services required
  • 3+ years Hands-on experience with Water Transfer, Water Treatment, and Tank Rentals is required

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to become proficient with Field FX (Salesforce)

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle
  • Travel required for the position

WORK SCHEDULE

This position works Monday through Friday, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with possible text, email, and phone communications outside regular working hours.
