Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

  • Partner with Resident Manager to prepare site for inspections.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to uphold the pristine condition of the property.
  • Respond promptly to resident service requests, addressing issues with urgency and efficiency.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues before they become problems.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to implement and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.
  • Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
  • Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
  • Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
  • Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.

 


Qualifications

 What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or building operations — preferably in residential or hospitality settings
  • Strong skillset in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
  • Comfort using digital work order systems, apps, or tablets to track and close tasks
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet for 8 hour shifts
  • A flexible schedule, including potential evening or weekend and on-call shifts
  • A team-player mentality with a strong work ethic, personal accountability, and attention to detail

 

COMPENSATION

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

 

Anticipated hourly range: $22.00 - $25.00.

 

Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

Schedule

  • Thursday and Friday: Off
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
