Project Manager / Scheduler
We are a small, growing pool construction company looking for a reliable and organized Project Manager / Scheduler to help manage daily jobs, crews, timelines, and customer communication.
Position Responsibilities:
- Schedule pool construction projects and daily crew assignments
- Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
- Track job progress from start to finish
- Order and coordinate materials as needed
- Communicate schedule updates with customers and team members
- Help keep projects on time and organized
- Handle basic office/admin tasks related to projects
Requirements:
- Construction experience preferred
- Pool construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
- Basic computer/phone skills required

Schedule:
Full-time position
