How You'll Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial Property & Casualty claims, providing responsive communication and expert guidance throughout the claims process.
- Manage claims from first notice of loss through final resolution, including complex and escalated claims requiring heightened attention and coordination.
- Advocate on behalf of clients by collaborating and negotiating with adjusters and carrier representatives to support fair and timely claim outcomes.
- Monitor claim activity within agency management systems and carrier platforms to ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and effective claim management.
- Analyze loss trends, claim drivers, and coverage concerns, sharing insights with account teams to support risk management and client strategy discussions.
- Prepare claim summaries, loss analyses, claim review materials, and other reporting that helps clients understand claim performance and potential exposures.

What You Bring
Day One:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of Property & Casualty claims handling experience, preferably in a client-facing, consulting, or advocacy capacity.
- Strong knowledge of commercial Property & Casualty coverages, including property, general liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and umbrella liability.
- Strong communication, client advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims and competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, account teams, carrier partners, and claims professionals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, agency management systems, and carrier claim platforms.
Valuable Additions:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active Property & Casualty Adjuster's License.
- Experience managing complex or escalated commercial claims.
- Experience preparing loss stratification reports, claim summaries, and mod worksheet reviews.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, privacy standards, and claims compliance best practices, including HIPAA when applicable.
- Experience participating in client claim reviews, mediations, settlement discussions, or carrier negotiations.
