Key Responsibilities
- Document Control: Maintain & distribute project documents such as subcontract agreements, project drawings, submittals, and change orders. Generate & track RFI’s and manage submittals, notices to owner, releases of lien, certificates of insurance and licenses.
- Financial Administration: Organize & process invoices, creating monthly project billings and subcontractor billings in Viewpoint.
- Communication: Schedule meetings, create & distribute agendas, and record meeting minutes, serving as the point of contact for updates with project teams.
- Closeout: Assembling final project documentation, including warranties, as-builts, operation manuals, and maintenance agreements.
Experience and Education
- Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Require a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Construction Administrator in high end residential construction, with a familiarity with construction processes, terminology and project management workflows.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in project management software, MS Office, organizational skills, and knowledge of construction documents.
