ABOUT THIS ROLE

 

Some of the things you’ll be working on include:

      Setting leasing and marketing strategy for the property

      Resident communications to ensure the highest satisfaction during the application and renewal process

      Touring apartments with prospects and adhering to thorough follow-up procedures

      Leasing and pre-leasing apartments

      Completing applications and lease/renewal documents

      Reviewing vacancies, walking tour paths, and maintaining model apartments

      Assisting management with resident relations

      Making and maintaining relationships with industry partners and brokers

      Maintaining weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys

      Analyzing the market, competition and occupancy trends to identify opportunities and risks

      Recommending and tracking marketing avenues, overseeing marketing campaigns and monitoring traffic results

      Updating the website and marketing sites proactively and as needed

      Other tasks as required

 

ABOUT YOU AND WHAT YOU OFFER

      3+ years of residential leasing and 2 years minimum of leasing management in a luxury residential environment

      Possessions of an active real estate salesperson license (or be able to obtain within 6 months of employment)

      Knowledge of rent stabilization laws

      Strong follow through and problem-solving skills

      Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills

      A strong work ethic and commitment to meet deadlines

      Working knowledge of social media and communication technology platforms

      A big plus: Yardi and On-site experience

      Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions whatsoever

Our compensation and benefits package include a competitive salary, commensurate with

The actual compensation within the range will be based on factors unique to each candidate including years and depth of experience.
