The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with more than three years of insurance defense experience, experience in bodily injury and/or general liability preferred.
Qualifications:
路 Minimum three years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a focus on bodily injury and/or general liability preferred
路 Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities, required
路 Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
路 Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries, and assist with investigation of pre-suit matters.
路 Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
路 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel
路 Must be task-oriented.
路 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
