- Manage daily front desk operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Respond to all client calls, texts, and inquiries within 24 hours
- Oversee class scheduling, makeups, and enrollment support
- Track and support weekly student enrollment goals
- Monitor attendance, phone logs, and prepare daily executive summary reports
- Ensure accuracy of scheduling changes and front desk entries
- Review and verify monthly billing prior to processing
- Maintain return call logs and follow-up systems
- Manage boutique inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Run daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Support marketing initiatives and ensure promotional materials are displayed
- Assist with basic HR functions and administrative duties
- Maintain front desk procedures, scripts, and accountability standards
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up as needed
- 1–3 years of administrative, front desk, or customer service, managment experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and in-person)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable with computer systems and learning new software
- Experience in scheduling, customer service, or office coordination preferred
