Are you an experienced Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences and leading luxury residential communities? Associa is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented professional to serve as the Onsite Community Association Manager for one of our beautiful communities, a premier high-rise condominium community in West Palm Beach featuring upscale amenities, modern architecture, a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and attended lobby.

 

In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of community operations, support the Board of Directors, manage vendor relationships, supervise onsite staff, and ensure the community maintains the high standards expected in a luxury condominium environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

As the Licensed Community Association Manager, you will serve as the operational leader for the community and the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and management company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the condominium association.
  • Partner with the Board of Directors to implement community goals, policies, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports, operational updates, and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, reserve planning, and expense controls.
  • Supervise onsite administrative, maintenance, and amenity staff while promoting accountability and exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community maintains a first-class appearance and operational excellence.
  • Oversee contracts, vendor performance, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance projects, preventative maintenance programs, and capital improvement initiatives.
  • Respond professionally and effectively to homeowner concerns, questions, and requests.
  • Facilitate Board meetings, annual meetings, committee meetings, and community communications.
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents, association policies, and applicable Florida statutes.
  • Monitor risk management, life-safety compliance, and insurance requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and promote a high level of homeowner satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and association documentation.
Qualifications

Qualifications

 

Required

  • Active Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) License in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of community association, condominium, property management, or related leadership experience.
  • Experience managing high-rise condominiums, luxury residential communities, or mixed-use communities preferred.
  • Strong financial management and budget administration experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Boards of Directors and homeowner committees.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and customer service abilities.
  • Experience supervising staff and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional presence and ability to represent the association with integrity and professionalism.

Preferred

  • High-rise condominium management experience.
  • Large-scale budget management experience.
  • PCAM®, CMCA®, AMS®, or other industry certifications.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
  • Experience with community association management software platforms.
