We hold our employees to the highest standards of morals and character.   Job Description We are looking for a responsible Screener to take care of our busy entrance doors. This dedicated person will support the Operations Department with daily patient screenings while contributing to the high-standard customer-patient satisfaction experience as well the safety of the patients and the employees in the building.   Duties & Responsibilities: Report to Front Desk Lead Welcome and screen visitors with a friendly smile. Be attentive and open the door if necessary for elderly patients. Say goodbye to patients who are leaving the premises while making sure they are informed of the safety rules and practices. Ensure patients are satisfied with the overall service while heading to the exit door and wish them well. Ensure the perimeter of the practice is safe by conducting regular checks all around as required. Make sure doormats are in place and don’t cause any threats to patients upon entrance and exit. In case of heavy rain, make sure we have the appropriate mats on the floor to avoid slippery. Always check and make sure the floor is safe, and a wet-floor sign is displayed in case it is wet by the rain after cleaning and make sure to remove when no longer needed. Collaborate with other members of the department to ensure a smooth daily operation of the practice. Perform other tasks as assigned.   Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience. Associate degree with at least 1 year of experience. Proven experience in customer service or security is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
