As an Outside Food Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! This position will reside in: Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities include overall sales and relationship management efforts for existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory, pursuing new customers by researching industry and market trends, identifying and researching prospective customers, developing sales strategies, and presenting these to prospective customers. You will deepen and strengthen existing customer relationships by visiting customers regularly, conducting business reviews, providing ongoing training on product offerings, and identifying opportunities to add value. Sales territory management involves balancing new customer acquisition and strengthening existing relationships, coordinating visits, and communicating order status and updates. Training during the first 90 days includes learning to use company systems, product knowledge, sales processes, relationship building, and territory management strategies. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, preferred bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate, 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience, valid state driver's license and safe driving record, ability to obtain food safety certification, and bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
