What You’ll Do

As a Roll-Off Driver, you’ll play a key role in servicing our commercial customers by safely delivering and removing large waste containers.

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up containers
• Secure containers using hooks, straps, and tarps as needed
• Provide fast, courteous, and professional customer service
• Operate vehicle compaction and lifting equipment
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT standards
• Complete required safety checks and documentation (DVIR, safety lane reports)
• Maintain cleanliness of truck (including weekly exterior washing)
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A or B CDL (state-specific) with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years or older
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe commercial driving practices
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
• Ability to maintain accurate logs and service records
• Physically capable of performing inspections and operating equipment

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in company-provided training programs
• Stay current with job-related technology and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

3. Physically able to get up and down from the cab of a commercial motor vehicle between 30 and 50 times a day
4. Physically able to lift with assistance (helper) 100 pounds between 20 and 30 times a day
5. Physically able to bend at the waist and knees between 120-150 times in a day
6. Physically able to reach overhead with a reaching pole and pull down using 20 pounds of force and secure a tarp
7. Physically able to climb up to 8 feet in height to deploy a 25 pound tarp
8. Physically able to work 8 to 12 hours in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain and snow)
