Investorlift is looking for killer sales closers to join our Deal Desk team in West Palm Beach.
- We don't care where you went to school.
- We don't care if you have a college degree.
- We don't care if you've worked in real estate before.
We care if you can sell.
If you're competitive, confident on the phone, great at negotiating, and know how to get deals across the finish line, we want to talk to you.
This is a performance-driven sales role with a $48,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually.
The better you perform, the more you earn.
What You'll Do
- Talk to real estate investors and buyers every day
- Create demand around active investment opportunities
- Negotiate directly with decision makers
- Handle objections and close deals
- Follow up relentlessly and keep opportunities moving
- Manage multiple deals at the same time
- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate CRM activity
- Work with our team to get transactions across the finish line
