This position is commission-based, meaning your earnings—and bonus potential—are completely unlimited and directly driven by your performance. There is no cap on what you can make. As a Closets by Design Designer, you’ll help clients organize and transform their spaces while building a career with no ceiling on your income. You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule and meet with clients in Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties. We provide pre-set appointments with friendly customers and offer complete sales and design training—no experience necessary.

A Day in the Life

Requirements
- Â No degree, certification, or prior sales experience requiredÂ
- Â Coachable candidates encouraged to applyÂ
- Â Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 16-week sales training programÂ
-  Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insuranceÂ
