Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Libra Boys North - WPB - West Palm Beach, FL 33417Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $17.00 HourlyJob Shift: AnyPosition Overview: The Youth Development Professional is responsible for the direct care and supervision of children in the Specialized Therapeutic Group Home Program. In order to maintain consistency and continuity of care, this position will adhere to the established daily schedule of activities; implement the behavior management system; maintain open communication with co-workers and administrators and complete all necessary documentation.  Open Shift: Friday-Monday, 11pm-7am   Here's what the job involves: Supervise and guide children while maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Provide transportation, prepare meals, administer medications, and complete daily shift duties. Implement behavior management strategies and support treatment goals. Complete required documentation and maintain accurate program records. Collaborate with coworkers and treatment team members to ensure continuity of care. Respond effectively to crisis situations and follow approved intervention procedures. Must be able to safely participate in physical restraints when required.
