WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Roofing Technician, you will start your mornings at our central hub before heading out with the crew to tackle new projects. Throughout the day, you will install, repair, and replace systems, including asphalt shingles, metal, and other materials. You'll remove old materials, prepare surfaces, and install essentials like underlayment, flashing, vents, ridge caps, and drip edge. You will inspect for leaks, storm damage, and structural issues, making necessary repairs. Proper operation of tools, equipment, ladders, and safety systems will be a part of every task. By the end of each day, you'll have made a visible difference on each roof you touch.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A ROOFING TECHNICIAN?

Schedule: You'll work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Every day begins by reporting to our central location before heading out to job sites in West Plains and the surrounding communities.

Roofing Technician Requirements:

Roofing or construction experience (preferred, but we'll train motivated individuals)
Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Experience with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, or low-slope roofing systems (preferred)
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain (preferred)
Experience operating construction equipment or trailers (preferred)
