If you’re someone who notices inefficiencies, speaks up with better ways of doing things, and takes ownership of getting things right, you’ll thrive here.   What You’ll Do Create, review, and maintain customer contracts with a high level of accuracy Validate contract details including rates, inclusions, and program requirements Manage high-volume data entry while maintaining clean, organized records Analyze contract and program data to support reporting and decision-making Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, not just answering questions, but resolving issues Handle exceptions and unique customer situations with urgency and ownership Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and turnaround times Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines What We’re Looking For This is not a “check-the-box” role.
