The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations. The Technician operates, maintains, monitors and repairs stationary steam, chilled water, and cogeneration plant consisting of fire tube boilers, electric centrifugal chillers, steam turbine centrifugal chillers, HVAC equipment and associated physical plant equipment and controls. The technician is expected to manage their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with Leads and Managers. Additional duties as assigned by Management.
Hours: 11pm-7:30am/call rotation required

- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education

- PA Drivers License
- Boiler License
- Non-traditional routes to established skill level may be accepted after a review of education and experience.
