Field Operations: Coordinate onsite deployments, refreshes, and small-scale implementations. Keep the field team efficient and client-focused. Presales Validation: Review technical proposals for accuracy and feasibility. Validate resource requirements and profitability before sign-off. Performance & Process: Track KPIs for utilization, billable hours, and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement through refined workflows and best practices. Client Engagement: Act as an escalation point for client concerns and maintain strong relationships. Deliver a premium experience every time. Qualifications聽 路 Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-team environment 路 7+ years in IT services, with 3+ years in leadership roles 路 Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud technologies, and networking fundamentals 路 Familiarity with MSP tools like ConnectWise PSA and Ninja RMM 路 Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or advanced technical credentials are a plus 路 Outstanding communication and organizational skills
