Duties and responsibilities

• Build strong carrier relationships to grow your book of business
• Negotiate with carriers for the best rates
• Provide innovative solutions to new problems
• Collaborate with team members to provide premier service
• Manage shipments until delivery
• Be agile, ambitious and focused on the goal

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Self-starter and motivator

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in an office setting.
• This position is administrative in nature and will require the ability to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds.
