Join a Growing Behavioral Health Team

Inspira Counseling Center is a multidisciplinary behavioral health practice providing psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management throughout Massachusetts. As our organization continues to grow, we're expanding our in-person services and developing partnerships with hospitals, primary care providers, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Western Massachusetts.

We're looking for a compassionate clinician who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of adults and older adults.

Whether you're independently licensed or working toward licensure, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  •  Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and older adults 
  •  Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning 
  •  Maintain timely clinical documentation 
  •  Collaborate with psychiatric providers and referring medical professionals 
  •  Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination 
  •  Help expand behavioral health services within nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and community partners 
Qualifications

We welcome applications from:

  •  LMHC 
  •  LICSW 
  •  LMFT 
  •  Licensed Psychologists 
  •  Master's-level clinicians who are license-eligible in Massachusetts 
Preferred qualifications:

  •  Experience working with adults or older adults 
  •  Interest in geriatric behavioral health 
  •  Experience collaborating with medical providers 
  •  Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required
