Guide customers to the appropriate departments and provide general information about our services. Perform state inspections and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards. Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.   Environmental & Physical Requirements:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
