GLOBAL OPS is hiring Security Agents for a summer camp assignment in West Stockbridge, MA. This is afull-time, in-person role running June through mid-August, offering consistent hours and a structured work environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who bringstrong awareness, reliability, and professionalism, and want astraightforward, high-impact summer assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conductroutine patrolsto maintain safety and visibility

• Monitor and controlaccess points (vehicles and pedestrians)

• Identify, assess, and respond tosuspicious activity or safety concerns

• MonitorCCTV and alarm systems

• Respond to incidents and enforce site rules withprofessionalism and authority

• Completeclear, accurate incident and activity reports

Requirements

• Prior experience insecurity, customer service, military, or a related field (preferred)

• Strongsituational awareness and observation skills

• Ability to remaincalm and decisive under pressure

• Professional demeanor with the ability tocommunicate clearly and respectfully

• Comfortable withreport writing and basic security technology

• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (day and night availability)

• Weekends and holidays as needed
