Hillandale Farms is in search of a Rail/Line Worker to join our team in Hillandale Farms, Lebanon CT!

Essential Job Functions

• This is the job at the end of the processing line in which the person packs the shipping containers on pallets.
•  They are responsible for keeping brands and sizes separate from one another. 
• They are responsible for maintaining the tape machine. 
• They are responsible for keeping the packing area supplied with the appropriate packing materials.
•  At the conclusion of processing they are to prepare their area in an acceptable fashion for the next day. They are also aware of the necessary steps to shut down the case sealer. 
• They are aware of the safe procedures to reload the case sealer tape heads.

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 60lbs. Position requires repetitive lifting, squatting, twisting, turning, kneeling and bending.
