Our first product line of ready-to-eat overnight oats pioneers a new category for the breakfast occasion, offering a healthy, satiating, and convenient alternative to traditional morning meals.

Role Description 

Assembly workers are a key part of an amazing team that ensures our product is well packed, safe, and ready to be distributed to stores around the country. 

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Efficiently pack, sort, and organize finished product into boxes, crates, and pallets
• Perform simple quality checks of the product while assembling

• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the assembly area, helping to ensure all supplies, tools and equipment are used, cleaned, and stored 
• Self sufficient in looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of work
• Other duties as assigned

Tactical Requirements: 

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industry
• Willingness to learn and take on tasks with quality and timeliness of work
• Ability to maintain discipline in repetitive tasks and communicate effectively with any concerns
• Self starter, with a desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a professional
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Physical and Work Related Requirements:

• Standing and walking for long periods of time
• Repetitive motion for long periods of time
• Bending and lifting up to 50 LB
• Ability to handle allergens including peanuts and tree nuts
