Position Summary

 

We are seeking a qualified Closing Coordinator to join our team. This onsite role requires excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

 

Responsibilities

 

In this position you will be responsible for reviewing and processing all paperwork generated by onsite Sales Associates, Escrow and our Home Gallery. Other tasks you will perform include but are not limited to:

  • Collect, verify and distribute all vital and necessary documents for settlements (survey, keys, termite certificates, occupancy permits).
  • Generate RWC paperwork for all closing files prior to settlement and to forward to Title companies.
  • Check HUD settlement statements for accuracy.
  • Collect and distribute closing surveys on a weekly basis.
  • Schedule and confirm closings with homebuyers, realtors, lenders and title company.
  • May prepare Deed, title docs, RWC enrollment Form, get keys, final survey, copy all engineering documents and send closing package to title company for closing.

Additionally, this role will coordinate the ratification process, taking the contract from the processing stage and tracking it through ratification. Other tasks will include the input of all customer selections into E1, review checklist against submission at presentation of contract package by Sales Associate and verify the accuracy of all contracts and change orders submitted.

 

Requirements

  • College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years prior office experience required. Homebuilder experience preferred.
  • Multi-tasking, customer service-oriented.
